Granite Portable is a portable menu and vault for your flash drive. It gives users a safe and convenient way transfer their files and bookmarks.
How it Works!
Granite Portable creates a folder called “vault” on your usb drive. Any files stored inside this folder will be protected using two layers of security. They will be inaccessible without entering the username and password.

Installation
To install, just extract the files too the root of your USB flash drive.
Whenever you want to access the files in your vault, just start “Granite Portable Launcher” from your usb device.

اپنی اہم چیزیں جیسے ہم حفاظت کی خاطر والٹ میں رکھتے ہیں اسی طرح کمپیوٹر میں اور خاص کر فلیش ڈرائیو میں اپنی فائلز محفوظ رکھنے کے لیے پورٹ ایبل پروگرام ’’والٹ‘‘ استعمال کریں۔ یو ایس بی فلیش ڈرائیو اگر کسی کو دیں اور اس میں آپ کا ذاتی ڈیٹا موجود ہو تو وہ بڑے آرام سے اسے نہ صرف دیکھ سکتا ہے بلکہ کاپی بھی کر سکتا ہے۔ لیکن اگر آپ کی فائلیں والٹ میں محفوظ ہوں گی تو ان تک کوئی نہیں پہنچ سکتا۔
اس سافٹ ویئر کا نام گرینائٹ ہے۔ یہ ایک پورٹ ایبل پروگرام ہے۔ اسے ڈاؤن لوڈ کرنے کے بعد اس کی زِپ فائلز ایکسٹریکٹ کر کے فلیش ڈرائیو میں کاپی کر دیں۔ پہلی دفعہ جب آپ کو چلائیں گے تو یہ آپ سے یوزر نیم اور پاس ورڈ منتخب کرنے کا کہے گا۔ اس کے بعد آپ دیکھیں گے کہ یو ایس بی میں ایک والٹ نامی فولڈر موجود ہے۔ لانچر چلانے کے بعد درست یوزر نیم اور پاس ورڈ دینے سے والٹ نامی یہ فولڈر کھل سکے گا۔ جبکہ غلط یوزر نیم اور پاس ورڈ سے یہ کبھی نہیں کھلے گا۔ یہ لانچر چلاتے ہی ٹاسک بار پر اس کا آئی کن آجائے گا۔ اسے بند کرتے ہی والٹ نامی فولڈر یا تو لاک ہو جائے گا اور اگر آپ کے سامنے کھلا ہے تو اس میں موجود سارا ڈیٹا غائب ہو جائے گا۔ والٹ نامی اس فولڈر میں موجود تمام فائلز انکرپٹ کر دی جاتی ہیں۔ یعنی فائلوں کی مکمل حفاظت کی گارنٹی۔
